2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

To withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.

Bonus funds are not direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Other Promotions

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user creates multiple accounts, uses false information or employs any other fraudulent method to obtain bonuses, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

To place a bet at f999, the account must have sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. For live betting, bet acceptance depends on real-time data, and if a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount will be returned to the balance.

5.2 Determining Results

6.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must inform the support team via f999 live chat or email. The remaining balance (cash funds excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided no Terms have been breached.

6.3 Balance on a Suspended Account
